Black Woman Environmental Professor Meet & Greet (and dinner!) on Thursday, April 11th from 7:15 pm to 8:30 pm at the REI by Lechmere T Station (181 Morgan Avenue #1 Cambridge, MA 02141). The purpose of the event is to introduce young Black girls/women/gender-expansive people in high school, college, and who are young professionals to diverse career paths and work by different Black women environmental professors from across Boston, build community, and have the audience be inspired to consider new career paths. The event is free and includes dinner and giveaways from REI. While this event’s audience is primarily Black girls, women, and gender-expansive people, all are welcome.
