C5 New England, a five-year program centered on leadership, community action, and post-secondary readiness, is seeking 7th graders with great promise and potential. The nationwide program, C5 National, is built upon the foundation of the 5 “C’s” which strive to empower youth to be: Character Driven, Community Focused, Challenge Ready, College/Career-Bound, and Committed to a Better Future.
