Keeping your Chromebook up to date can solve many of the issues we’ve seen in the first few days of school – and the process to do so is even easier at home. So this weekend, please consider updating Chrome:

– Connect to your home network and log into the Chromebook – Click the three vertical dots in the upper right of the Chrome window

– Under Help, choose “About Google Chrome”

– At the top, click the “Chrome OS Settings” link – If prompted, click the “Check for updates” button

If Chrome finds an update, allow it to install and restart the Chromebook. You want to make sure you have at least Version 90.
