It is with great pride and pleasure that we announce this year’s BLS recipients of the 2021 Scholastic Awards in Art and Writing. Across the state, more than 8,500 students submitted their work to this competition, and the judges report that it has brought them “such joy and enthusiasm to see that young teens are still focused on their creative endeavor.” BLS winners are:
