An exciting quick development and problem-solving event that brings all different backgrounds together to collaborate and engineer innovations and solve today’s problems.

Hackathon Break Down: Hacking

– A creative solution to a problem. Think of life hacks, a solution to an everyday life problem. Same thing here! Marathon – A “long” (in our case 9 hours) competition. Hacking + Marathon = Hackathon!

Date and Time: March 9th, 9 am – 6 pm

Location: BU Photonics Center

Eligibility: Students in grades 9-12. No prior experience is required; the event will consist of 10 workshops for participants of all levels

Prizes: Over $3,000+ in prizes available

Deadline: The registration deadline is February 11
