Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), in collaboration with Boston Bridges Initiatives, is providing five full scholarships for METCO students and Boston Exam School students to take part in our Frontiers (Residential, In-Person) summer ’24 program. For a detailed overview, please refer to this link. This is a 2-week in-person residential program for rising 10th, 11th, and 12th graders. Learning on WPI’s campus alongside peers.

Frontiers Program Dates:

Frontiers I: July 7 through 19, 2024

Frontiers II: July 21 through August 2, 2024

Cost per session: $3,995 for summer 2024 (Includes housing, food, field trips, workshops, and activities. Five full scholarships are available for METCO and/or Boston Exam School students.) Application Materials: a short essay response and a list of involvements, official transcripts, and recommendation(s).

Application Deadline: March 15, 2024, for Boston Exam School applicants. How to Apply: If interested, [apply here]. All scholarship recipients will be requested to write a thank you letter to the Boston Bridges Initiatives funder before the conclusion of the summer program at WPI.
