Students in Classes VI, IVB, and III, please note that on Tuesday, October 11, Chestnut Hill Studios will be in the auditorium to take your ID photo. By Tuesday morning, your homeroom teacher will have camera cards in their mailboxes to distribute to all students to be photographed. You must have a camera card to present to the photographer. (There will be blank cards to fill out in the auditorium if your card is not available.)

7:45-8:00 a.m.: Students in Class IVB should head to the auditorium for photos as soon as attendance is taken Tuesday morning. The process should only take a few minutes so you should not be late for R1.

8:00-8:55 (R1): All Class VI teachers will bring their students to the auditorium after handing out camera cards.

9:00-9:45 (R2): All Class III teachers should bring their students to the auditorium for photos.

10:00-2:00: Any student who wants to be photographed for student packages should report to the auditorium during a study period. If a student’s schedule does not include a study period, they may come to the auditorium before school or during the day with a pass from a classroom teacher. Parents and guardians will be sent a link with picture day information and how they are able to access and order student photos online
