The American Repertory Theater is excited to announce that applications are now open for the Youth Action Team! The Youth Action Team is a paid arts leadership program for incoming high school juniors consisting of a 6-week summer workshop and monthly meetings during the school year. Participants will work closely with the A.R.T. to develop community arts initiatives as valued voices in the A.R.T. producing network. Further details for this program can be found on the flyer attached. The application consists of three short-answer questions, a personal statement, and an interview (all applicants will have the opportunity to interview). The timeline for the program is as follows:

Timeline: March 31, 2022: Application opens

May 1, 2022: Application closes

April/May 2022: Rolling Interviews

End of May 2022: Participants notified

June 2022: Orientation celebration

July 5 – August 16, 2022: Summer Sessions

September 2022 – May 2023: Monthly Sessions

June 2023: Closing celebration
