In recognition of the Lunar New Year, there will be no tests or assessments administered in classes on Tuesday, February 1. The Lunar New Year is celebrated by Asian communities around the world and begins with the first new moon of the lunar calendar. This year, the Lunar New Year celebration begins on February 1 and recognizes the Year of the Tiger. Students who observe the holiday will be marked excused absent upon completion of the student absence form, and allowed full makeup privileges.
