In recognition of Yom Kippur which begins at sunset on Wednesday, October 1 and concludes on Thursday, October 2, there will be no tests or assessments administered in classes on Thursday. Yom Kippur, or the Day of Atonement, is considered the holiest day of the year by those of the Jewish faith. Students who observe the holiday will have an excused absence for the day and allowed full makeup privileges.
