SEL Tip of the Week: Gratitude (Clougher) All Classes-Updated

💛 When life feels busy or stressful, it helps to pause and notice what’s going well. Gratitude isn’t just about saying “thank you”, it’s about recognizing the moments, people, and things that make life a little better each day. ➡️ Tip: Try ending your day by naming three things you’re grateful for – like a supportive friend, a funny moment in class, or simply getting through a tough day. Focusing on the positives helps train your brain to look for the good, even on hard days.
