AI Is Not a Safe Space to Get Emotional Support- But Help is Always Nearby

It might be tempting to turn to AI or the internet for support when you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or down, but remember, AI isn’t a therapist, and it can’t replace real human care.

If you’re looking for a safe space to talk, reach out to a trusted adult. That could be a caregiver, close relative, a counselor, a teacher, a school social worker, a coach, an administrator, PCP (primary care physician), an outpatient therapist, or a crisis hotline (calling 988).

You don’t have to go through anything alone; some real people care and are ready to support you.
