Save yourself a trip to the tech office! And save me from posting this in the Bulletin for the ninth time!

If your Chromebook is having trouble charging or turning on, plug it into power, hold the REFRESH key (top row, fourth from the left, looks like a circular arrow), and tap the POWER button. This performs a power reset and in almost all cases has helped “dead” Chromebooks come back to life.
