Troubleshooting Chromebook Power Issues (Hourigan) All Classes

If your Chromebook charges but is having trouble turning on, plug it into power, hold the REFRESH key (top row, fourth from the left, looks like a circular arrow), and tap the POWER button. This performs a power reset and in most cases has helped “dead” Chromebooks come back to life.

If you’re experiencing any Chromebook issues, please come see us in the tech area of the library.
