Please make sure you’re keeping your Chromebook up to date by installing the latest version of Chrome. The process takes about five minutes, so make sure you have time. Log in to the Chromebook and click on the three dots in the upper right corner. Choose Help -> About Google Chrome. Where it lists the Version information, click the “Chrome OS Settings” link, then click “Check for Updates”.

It’s a good idea to check for updates every couple of weeks, especially if you have an online assessment coming up.
