Opportunity to travel free to another part of the US as part of the American Exchange Project in summer 2022 (Freeman) Class I

What would happen if students from “blue” states spent a week staying with a family in a “red” state and vice versa? Would we be able to go beyond our “bubbles” and get beyond the polarization so present in our nation?

Would you like to participate next summer in the American Exchange Project, an all-travel expenses-paid opportunity to have this experience in another state and host someone who travels to Boston in late June or July as part of this program? Students can still work during the day and participate in the Boston portion but will need to be able to take a way to travel to another state and participate there.

If you have any questions, please see Ms. Freeman in 307 or e-mail her at jfreeman@bostonpublicschools.org

If you are interested in getting more detail about this opportunity, please plan on joining a Zoom session on Thursday, November 4 at 9:12 am (at the start of W block). In order to receive the Zoom link, please complete this form.
