PRIZE READING: The English Department is pleased to announce the annual Prize Reading competition. Prize Reading awards students at every grade level who have excellent skill in reading aloud. No memorization or special preparation is necessary; simply join your grade-level Zoom meeting on the appointed day, choose a text in a book we will provide online, and read it aloud as clearly and expressively as you can when your name is called. The competition this year will be held on Thursday, May 6 at 2:30 p.m. in Zoom meetings to be announced. Judges are members of the BLS faculty and staff.
