Staged reading of W.E.B. Du Bois from a 1929 Chicago debate (Freeman) All Classes

You are invited to attend the upcoming staged reading, led by Ruth Shiferaw ’21, of W.E.B. Du Bois’ powerful remarks at a 1929 debate with eugenicist Lothrop Stoddard. The event is designed to celebrate Du Bois words and voice. The event will take place over Zoom, supplemented with a YouTube livestream (if we run over 300 attendees) during Friday flex on Friday, March 12.
