❄️Stay Active and try to spend time outdoors in natural light.

❄️Eat a balanced diet with foods rich in omega-3s, which help boost mood.

❄️Consider Vitamin D supplements to counter low winter sunlight, if recommended by a doctor.

❄️Prioritize good sleep by keeping a regular schedule.

❄️Connect with others, such as peers, friends or family.

❄️Practice mindfulness to stay grounded and reduce anxiety.

❄️Engage in hobbies you enjoy to keep your spirits up.

❄️Increasing exposure to natural light, whether by spending time outdoors or using light therapy lamps.

If symptoms persist, consider speaking with a trusted adult, doctor, and/or a mental health professional at school or in your community for additional support.
