Keep your Chromebook up to date by forcing the latest Chrome updates. The process can take 15-30 minutes, depending on the number of updates, but keeps sites from failing to load or function properly.

– Log into your Chromebook

– Click on the clock (usually in the lower right corner)

– Click the gear icon

– Click About ChromeOS (or About Google Chrome)

– Click Check for Updates

You may continue working on the Chromebook while the updates install. When the install finishes, reboot your Chromebook.
