Junior Forum begins on December 7.
Junior Forum is a required course for Class II students which provides a comprehensive overview of the college search and application process. Students learn how to search for colleges that best suit them, how to construct their college lists, as well as how college admissions officers review applications. Important trends in college admissions and an overview of the financial aid process and scholarship search will also be provided. A syllabus for this year’s class can be found here.
Class II students will attend Junior Forum during one study or student leadership period per six-day cycle. Students will receive their Junior Forum class assignments and passes in homeroom this week. The course will run from December 7 – May 1, with possible adjustments for snow days.
